it is pretty exciting around here, i mean i'm packing to move, and clearing a bunch of stuff out, finding out what i still have copies left of etc. releasing music into the public domain. wait what was that last part.. the public domain.. but according to copyright law that is almost an impossible task.. well i challenge that notion. as nuxx-001 gets a beautiful copyright change to the public domain.
Also all Ralnyk releases can now be downloaded free of charge, as copies of stock have depleted to nothing.
check it out.

The I.C.B.M.s - Peet Sessions
After a year of duking it out, and proving many critics wrong, the I.C.B.M.s bring forth a three song EP. Released on Jim "Nowhere" Ralnyk's own dotNuxx Recordings (catalog #nuxx-008) on September 25th 2007. Much to the shame of the Edmonton music scene a band of misfits and miscreants shows that there is still a place in music for hard hitting, fast abrasive guitar work, and energy that refuses to be shackled. This first effort (not counting the Live at Avenue Skate Park [nuxx-004]) maintains the D.I.Y. ethic of the band, as well as their own brand of warehouse thrash punk.

Mid December 2007 launched a new beginning in the arctic tundra of Edmonton, Ab as James Renick rekindled is love for releasing music, and brought back the always ambiguous dotNuxx Recordings. The always ambitious but never quite well funded recording studio/ record label decided to kick off its new year with a small sampler of songs recorded over 2007 at venues and rehearsal spaces.
